Acceptable use
Last updated 7 October 2026
Client Revisions is for collecting feedback on websites while you build them. These rules keep it safe for you, your clients and everyone else.
No personal health information
- Do not use the service to collect, store or send protected health information or other sensitive health records, and do not ask reviewers to share any.
- We do not sign business associate agreements (BAAs). If your clients work in healthcare or senior care, use the service only for marketing sites, staging sites and other pages that show no resident, patient or client records.
No private or logged-in pages
- Do not install the widget on pages that sit behind a login and show people's personal records (portals, dashboards, account pages), and do not ask reviewers to record such pages.
- Screenshots and screen recordings capture what is on screen. Make sure what is on screen is meant to be seen.
Recordings and consent
- The widget tells reviewers who receives a voice note or screen recording and asks them to accept before the first one. You must also tell your clients how you use recordings, and follow the recording laws that apply to you and them (some places require every party's consent).
- Do not use recordings to listen in on, or collect voice prints of, people who did not choose to record.
What you may not do
- Break the law, or use the service for fraud, harassment, hate, or content that exploits or endangers children.
- Upload malware, or try to probe, overload or get around the security or limits of the service.
- Resell access, or share one login between several people. Add each person as a teammate instead (teammates are unlimited).
- Send review links to people who have not agreed to review the site, or use the service to collect data unrelated to website feedback.
If something goes wrong
We may remove content or suspend an account that breaks these rules, and will tell you why where we can. Report abuse or a mistake to support@greatnessdigital.com. These rules are part of our terms of service.
