Sub-processors
Last updated 7 October 2026
These are the companies that process customer data on our behalf, what each does and where.
| Company | What they do | Where | Data |
|---|---|---|---|
| Vercel Inc. | Hosts the application, stores uploaded files (screenshots, attachments, recordings) in private storage, and counts visits to our public pages without cookies. | United States (Washington, D.C. region) | All content and account data |
| Neon, Inc. | Hosts the database. | United States (AWS us-east-1) | All content and account data |
| Mailgun Technologies (Sinch) | Sends our emails: sign-up confirmation, password reset and the “client finished a review” summary. | United States | Email addresses, names, the text of summaries |
| Stripe, Inc. | Takes card payment for subscriptions, once card payment is switched on. | United States | Billing contact, plan and payment details (card data never reaches us) |
We tell agencies by email before we add or replace a sub-processor, giving at least 30 days' notice where our own provider terms allow it, and as much as we can otherwise. If you object on reasonable data-protection grounds, write to privacy@greatnessdigital.com.
