Terms of service
Last updated 7 October 2026
These terms are the agreement between Greatness Digital (“we”, “us”) and the agency or person who creates a Client Revisions account (“you”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.
1. The service
Client Revisions lets you collect website feedback from your clients: reviewers open a private link on a site you are building, click what they want changed, and write, speak or record it. You see the requests in a dashboard. The service includes the dashboard, the review widget and the integrations described on our website.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your teammates do.
- Teammates you add have full access to your agency's data. Remove people who should no longer have it.
- Tell us promptly at support@greatnessdigital.com if you think your account has been misused.
3. Free trial, plans and payment
- We approve new accounts by hand. When yours is approved you get a free trial of 14 days with no card needed. When it ends, your clients' review links pause until we set up a plan with you. Nothing is deleted straight away (see section 8).
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in US dollars: by invoice, or by card through our payment provider once we switch that on. Prices and limits are on our pricing and in the app. Limits (active sites, storage, monthly playback) are part of your plan.
- Subscriptions renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; the plan then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- If we raise prices, we will tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal. You may cancel before the new price applies.
- Founding price: the first 20 agencies to start a paid plan keep the price of that plan for as long as their subscription stays active. It ends if the subscription is cancelled or lapses, or if you move to a cheaper plan. Moving to a bigger plan is charged at that plan's price at the time.
- Taxes may be added where the law requires.
4. Your content, and your clients
You and your reviewers put content into the service: comments, screenshots, files, voice notes, screen recordings, names and email addresses (“Customer Content”). It stays yours. You give us the right to host, process and display it only to provide the service to you, as described in these terms and our data processing terms.
You are responsible for having the right to collect it, for telling your clients and their reviewers how their feedback and any recordings are used, and for keeping to our acceptable use policy, which includes not collecting personal health information through the service.
5. Our service
We own the service, including the software and the Hootley mascot and brand. We give you a limited, non-exclusive right to use it during your subscription. You will not copy, resell or reverse engineer it, or use it to build a competing product. If you give us feedback about the service, we may use it freely.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or improve features. If we remove a paid feature in a way that matters to you, you can cancel and ask for a refund of the unused part of your period.
7. Refunds
Within 30 days of your first payment on a plan, you may ask for your money back in full by writing to support@greatnessdigital.com. After that, payments are not refundable except where the law says otherwise.
8. Ending the agreement, and your data
- You can cancel any time and delete your account in Settings. Deleting removes your sites, changes, files and teammates, and cannot be undone.
- You can download all your data at any time in Settings.
- A site you remove from the dashboard is kept for 90 days, then deleted for good.
- If a free trial ends without a plan, we delete the account's data 60 days later. If a paid subscription ends, we delete it 90 days after the paid period ends. We email the owner 14 days before.
- We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or the acceptable use policy, after warning you where that is reasonable.
9. Warranties and liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we do not give implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy and data protection
How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy. For the personal data your reviewers put into the service we act as your processor under our data processing terms, which are part of these terms.
11. Changes to these terms, and contact
We may update these terms. We will tell account owners by email at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. Using the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions: support@greatnessdigital.com. Privacy questions: privacy@greatnessdigital.com.
